Together, we can protect the unique value of public, community-based early childhood education in Aotearoa. By uniting our voices and sharing our strengths, we can ensure tamariki thrive in equitable, high-quality learning environments that honour Te Tiriti o Waitangi and reflect the diverse communities we serve.
Community partners
Our kindergartens create spaces for connection and collaboration. We aim to build connections across the social service sector and to work with iwi, whānau and local organisations to meet the needs and aspirations of our communities.
Kaimahi
We advocate for the living wage, pay parity and high standards for teaching and learning. Our aim is for lifting child to staff ratios and 100% qualified teachers in ECE by 2027.
